ISH Nutrition was built with a very simple objective: To help individuals reach their best version of healthy, no matter what that looks like to the individual. We believe that every body deserves respect, support and advocacy for their health; physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. We stand on the promise that you will be just that: Respected, supported and advocated for. We are and always will be a safe space.

 

As a statement to that promise, we are committed in our action for continuous education and to be informed regarding the issues and needs of the 2SLGBTQAI+ BIPOC community by those who are directly related to and in support of the community. We promise to not stand by when there is injustice and to provide a platform to the voices that need to be heard.
